Working together to find a solution
Co-Mediation
Mediation creates a safe, structured space where conversations can happen openly and respectfully.
With clear ground rules and skilled facilitation, people are able to truly hear each other – and be heard themselves. This opens the door to solutions that meet the real needs of everyone involved.
Unlike court rulings or decisions made by management, mediation doesn’t create winners and losers. It builds understanding, preserves relationships, and supports agreements people can genuinely commit to.
In family contexts, it supports parents in working together in ways that benefit their children. In workplaces and teams, it lays the foundation for productive collaboration going forward.
Benefits of Co-Mediation
Some conflicts are complex, involving multiple issues, strong emotions, or several parties. In such cases, co-mediation offers clear advantages: two mediators contribute complementary skills and perspectives, helping to navigate complexity, address sensitive dynamics with care, and keep the process constructive. This shared guidance fosters a greater sense of safety and support, enabling participants to focus on building solutions that endure.
About Us
Our main areas of focus:
· Families in separation or divorce
· Workplace and organisational conflicts
· Court-ordered mediations
We have seen how effective mediation can be even alongside ongoing legal proceedings. Participants value the opportunity to take responsibility and work together on constructive outcomes. To make co-mediation accessible, we offer fair hourly rates.
